and Staircase Systems

2020–2021 Elevator Modernization
All new controls, electronics, oil reservoir, door detectors,
and landing heat/fire systems installed.
Associated building infrastructure upgraded and
elevator machine room rebuilt to current code.

2022 Lobway Reconstruction
Ground Floor Lobby
and Walkway Renovations
New lobby deck and groundfloor walkway
(lobway) constructed.

Extensive night-time lighting system planned and installed.

New French drain system excavated and installed

Upgrade outdoor dusk-to-dawn sensors,
conduit, outlets, and wiring system.
Replace all dusk-to-dawn industrial dome lighting
with dark-sky-compliant LED lighting.

2023 Elevator Hydraulic Jack – Replacement
Remove old hydraulic jack components.
Excavate and clean jack hole, located
30 feet in ground underneath elevator shaft.
Install new custom-built hydraulic jack system.

Exterior Wooden Walkways, Decking, and Handrails
Repair and Refinish
Sand, repair/replace, power-wash, and stain
Level 3 exterior decks, walkways, and handrails.
